These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kudometrics.com and the services offered by KudoMetrics Technologies Private Limited ("KudoMetrics," "we," "our," or "us") — an AI-powered growth company helping businesses get found by real customers, in search and in AI answers.

By accessing our Website, running a free tool, or purchasing a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

Description of Services

KudoMetrics provides growth services including:

• AI Visibility — scanning, scoring, reporting, and optimization to help your business be recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI.
• SEO, Analytics & Tracking, Marketing Automation, and Custom AI Automation & Software Development.
• Free tools — including the AI Visibility Score, AI Citability Audit, SEO Audit, Backlink Checker, and YouTube Rank Checker.
• Products — including CreateStory, WedSpeech, and Arivu, each of which may carry its own separate terms.

We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our paid services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Free Tools & Reports

Our free tools (AI Visibility Score, SEO Audit, Backlink Checker, and others) provide automated, point-in-time results based on publicly available data and third-party AI platforms we do not control. Scores, mention counts, and competitor data are illustrative signals, not certified measurements — they can change between scans as AI platforms and search results change.

We may limit free tool usage (for example, one free report per email address or browser session) to keep the tools available for everyone.

Paid Plans & Billing

Self-serve plans (such as Homepage Health Check and 25-Page Audit) are billed as one-time payments via our payment processor. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method once for each purchase.

Prices are as displayed on the AI Visibility page at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

Done-for-You Engagements

Higher-tier engagements (Deep Audit, Managed Visibility, and Done-for-You) are scoped individually on a call and confirmed via a separate proposal or agreement, which will set out project-specific scope, pricing, and timelines. These Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, that agreement.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Self-serve monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice; there is no long-term lock-in.
• One-time setup fees and completed work are non-refundable once delivered.
• Done-for-you engagements follow the cancellation terms set out in their individual proposal or agreement.
• Free tools and free reports carry no charge and therefore no refund applies.

No Guaranteed Results

Intellectual Property

All content on our Website — including our reports, scoring methodology, tools, software, and branding — is owned by KudoMetrics or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our tools or reports without our written consent.

You retain ownership of your own business content and data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use that information solely to provide the services you've requested.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated means to scrape, bulk-query, or circumvent rate limits on our free tools
• Resell or redistribute our reports or scores as your own product
• Use our Website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account

Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party platforms — including payment processing, email delivery, marketing automation, and the AI engines and search platforms we monitor (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party platforms, and our reports reflect their behavior at the time of scanning.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KudoMetrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website or services, including any change in AI visibility, search rankings, or business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Website or services if you violate these Terms, misuse our free tools, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to the cancellation terms above.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
